I know some people are generally happy when Easter comes around because they get to gorge themselves on chocolate. I don't mind. Except it takes me forever to eat the chocolate. These days, i don't get chocolate at easter cauz I generally ask for something else like books...I'm getting 2 this easter and i've been waiting for them for months.
My first erm...6 days of holidays have been good but probably boring for the rest of the population. I've been writing lots on Rachael's What the Hell? story in my character's POV and i'm loving it. It's a great project and it's really fun. I've been a bit slack on the main part because i've been writing bits further on but there are some really good ideas in this story if i do say so myself. there are four of us writing our pov's of this. it can be a big task.
so my eyes are almost square and i have a constant headache from staring at the computer screen trying to write this story while my friend is off visiting all the theme parks on the coast...oh well, somehow i'd prefer to be here.
ANZAC day is only about 2 weeks away and that means my army cadet unit will be there so that means LOTS of drill practise. I hope it isn't as cold this year. Last year the whole unit was shivering and then the guy next to me yelled out, 'Snow cones!'
Well, i need to get back to my story writing. i know it'll all be worth it in the end...not to mention i'll be able to sleep properly when it's finished. at the moment, the instant i wake up i'm thinking about this story. It can be really irritating. i can't clear my mind of anything else.
